Our Mission is to facilitate scientific publishing in the OA (Open Access) method, consultation on the broad wide of skills and increase the number of people who are actively engaged and involved in science.

Collaboration among nations, universities and scientists is the driving force behind TULTECH objective. As of 2018, more than 30 experts from around the world, work together to push the limits of knowledge by expanding the Open Access possibility for scientist, researchers and students.

Our vision is of a world where science is at the heart of education, culture and society. To reach this goal, TULTECH provides consultation and publishing medium for scientific activities.
