  2. Quality Manuscripts: The journal has consistently attracted high-quality submissions, contributing to its academic standing.
  3. Global Reach: IJITIS has successfully extended its reach to a global audience.

Weaknesses:

  1. Citation Metrics: Efforts to enhance citation metrics are underway to meet the requirements for indexing in prestigious databases.

Opportunities:

  1. International Collaborations: Exploring opportunities for collaboration with international institutions to further elevate the journal's standing.
  2. Special Issues: The potential for organizing special issues in collaboration with major conferences is being explored.

Threats:

  1. Citation Culture: Encouraging authors to cite IJITIS papers is identified as an ongoing challenge.
  2. Indexation Criteria: Addressing the criteria set by indexing databases for successful inclusion.

This meeting served as a moment of reflection, highlighting the achievements and areas for improvement. The commitment of the IJITIS team and TULTECH towards academic excellence is unwavering. We eagerly anticipate the next phase of growth and development.
